Financial Analysis & KPI Management

We offer financial analyses in the area of evaluating companies, projects, budgets and other finance-related key figures. Our focus is to examine whether companies are stable, solvent, liquid and profitable.

Project- & Workflow Management

We provide project management over a period of time, at the end of which there is a result. Likewise, one of my core competences is workflow management, where I have achieved great commercial success by optimising a sequence of tasks or processes, including the supervision of the technical implementation.
